Monday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Tuesday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Wednesday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm

Sunday - Closed (By Appointment Only)

Emergency Services

In the event of an emergency outside of office hours, please call the service below that relates to your issue:

  • Electricity - UK Power Networks 0800 028 0247

  • Power Cut - National Grid 105

  • Water - Thames Water 0800 316 9800

  • Gas - National Gas Emergency Service  0800 111 999

  • Emergency services - Fire Brigade/Police/Ambulance 999

For the avoidance of doubt, problems with domestic appliances (ovens, dishwashers, washing machines etc.) are not considered to be an emergency therefore engineers will not be called upon to attend outside normal working hours.

In the event that you experience an emergency maintenance issue outside of working hours, please call 07724 818 333.
