It is important to consider your preferred locations and where is practical, whether you are looking for a short or a long term move. When researching local areas, you may need to consider transport links, local schools, fitness clubs and green spaces for example. Do you need an additional space / room for a home office?
Arranging a viewing…
Online property details and virtual tours can give you a good sense of whether a property may be suitable for you but nothing beats viewing in person to get a true feel for a property and whether you feel at home. Ceiling heights, practical storage space and natural light can be better assessed in person, as well as being able to envisage your own furniture and belongings in a property.
We will arrange viewings of property that match your search criteria only and if you are new to the area, share our knowledge with you, so you are confident that what you are looking at is right for you.
