Following (yet another) turbulent year for the majority of people, we are delighted to announce we have been awarded the British Property Awards Gold Winner for Letting Agent in Worcester Park!

We were even more thrilled to have been advised we have won this award on our Year 1 ‘Business Birthday’. 

As former High Street Agents, having taken the plunge into starting a new business, we would like to thank our loyal Clients for their continued support.

Trust is a very important factor in our business. Estate & Letting Agents do not always have the best reputation for being transparent with their Clients. We will always act in our Clients’ best interests, guaranteeing peace of mind, in order to provide the best possible outcome.  

Honesty is integral to our working relationships. As a Vendor or a Landlord, you trust us to market your investment on your behalf and we take great care in ensuring we match candidates that are a good fit both as Buyers and Tenants. We will not exaggerate viewing numbers by showing applicants that are unsuitable and we will not place Tenants we do not believe will take care of the properties we place them in.  

Communication is key to delivering excellent customer service and we will keep you regularly updated with our full attention. Frequent updates can be paramount to some Vendors and Landlords who like to be informed clearly regarding all aspects of a Sale, or the management of their property. For others, a brief update is all that is needed. Whatever level of update you require, we will ensure you are kept fully informed.
